Election Administration Plan

In April 2019, the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors voted to adopt the Voter’s Choice Act (VCA). Under VCA the County is required to have an Election Administration Plan (EAP) informing voters how elections will be conducted under VCA. This includes information about services available at Vote Centers and Ballot Drop-off Locations, information specific to voters who primarily speak a language other than English, and information regarding accessibility options for voters with disabilities. Under VCA, voters can choose when, where, and how to vote. With input from county residents, the County of Santa Clara Registrar of Voters developed the EAP and will invite the public to comment on, or suggest, any potential changes every four years.​
