All Santa Clara County registered voters will be mailed a Vote by Mail Ballot starting 29 days before Election Day. Inactive voters will not receive a Vote by Mail Ballot unless they update their voter registration or contact the Registrar of Voters' office.
Voters may choose to return the completed ballot by using the Free Prepaid Postage Return Envelope, at ANY Official Ballot Drop Box or ANY Santa Clara County Vote Center.
