Voters Have Three Weeks to Correct Ballot Signatures in Special Mail Ballot Election
SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIF – The Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District Special Mail Ballot Election shared by Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County was held on May 7, 2024. Voters have until Tuesday, June 4th to correct issues with their ballot envelope signatures and have their votes counted in the final results.
Currently, Santa Clara County still has 35 remaining ballots with signature issues and Santa Cruz has two remaining ballots. These include ballots that were returned without the voter’s signature on the return envelope and ballots with a signature that did not match our records. The elections offices sent forms directly to the affected voters to help them correct these issues and have their votes counted. Completed forms can be returned in person, by mail, by email, or by fax.
