You must mail an application with a wet signature and submit the fee when requesting vote by mail data. You can find a link to the application and other information below:

- Pay the most commonly-purchased data files for a $151.00 fee for the initial report, and $75 fee per update request online by credit card at our Purchase Voter and Election Datawebpage or by cash, check, money order or cashier’s check in our office in person or by mail when submitting the originally signed application.
