Depending on the change you wish to make, you should complete a new Voter Registration Card to re-register to vote or may simply complete a Voter Action Request Form.
You must submit a new Voter Registration Card to re-register to vote if...
- If you are registering to vote for the first time
- If you are changing your legal name for any reason
- To change your political party 15 days before an election

Voter Registration Cards must be returned in person or by mail. It cannot be faxed or e-mailed.
